No Returns, Only Replacements
If something doesn’t work for your pet or you, connect with our Boujee Pet Team so we can make it right and ensure your Boujee Pet is happy.
We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a free replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The request for a replacement must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-replaceable Items
The following items cannot be replaced:
- Gift cards
- Special promotional items
- Limited-edition products (unless specified)
Replacement Process
If you believe your item is eligible for a free replacement, please contact us at hello@boujeepetbox.com. After approval, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a free replacement within 30 days. The gift giver will not be notified of the replacement.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will offer a free replacement.
